I am not a drinker either, but OH likes a gin and tonic, I haven't heard of Fever Tree tonic, I am going to look out for it.
I use Gordons and Greenall's for our hedgerow liqueurs, in fact I recently made two jars of damson gin and one of damson vodka, hopefully ready by Christmas, looking a very pretty shade of pink at the moment, I didn't make any sloe gin last year as the crop was very poor, but this year there are plenty of sloes in the hedges.

As for my interior style, it is light, bright and airy, white paintwork, all the walls are painted with a very pale chalky cream which becomes a pleasing pale grey in less light areas, as a contrast the doors are pale blonde oak, curtains, blinds and accessories add colour but they are mostly very pale.
