Smoked Haddock with chopped chives

                          SMOKED HADDOCK WITH CHOPPED CHIVES

This is a quick and easy dish and delicious-----

Smoked haddock or smoked cod

1/4pt milk

Tub of Creme Fraiche (1/2 fat ok)

Chopped Chives

Knob of butter

 

Place the fish in a frying pan and pour over milk. Bring to boil and simmer for 5mins. The milk will almost reduce to nothing. Remove fish onto warmed plates. To pan, add creme fraiche, chopped chives and butter and whisk together. Heat through then pour over fish.
