A great find, perfect to keep in your make-up bag or handbag.
Like an ordinary cotton bud but filled with a gentle mascara removing fluid. Snap the end off with the coloured blue line, hold it vertically and the fluid drains to the opposite end. Once wet this tip is now ready. Great for removing mascara imperfections but we also found them great for removing smudged eye shadow too. Keep them in your handbag for touching up later in the day!
Having long been a fan of mascara correction buds, we were disappointed to learn that Marks and Spencer have now discontinued these from their beauty range.
The great news is that we have managed to find a new stockist on the high street. Boots.com are now selling what appears to be the identical product under the name Beauty Fixation and the buds have been named MAKEUP REMOVER. They retail at £4.99. Boots UK Limited are also selling similar buds, NAIL POLISH TOUCHUP, CUTICLE CONDITIONER and TINTED LIP CONDITIONER. The packaging is similar so do look at the labels before purchase.
Ingredients; Aqua. Cocamidopropyl Betaine. Aloe Barbadensis. Leaf Extract. Phenoxyethanol. Methylparaben. Propylparaben. Tocopheryl Acetate. Citric Acid.
Also on sale via Amazon are Amirose Eye Makeup Remover and Corrector for £4.99 with free P&P.
Almay have also recently started selling this product, calling them oil free makeup eraser sticks, however, Almay is no longer available in the UK. Travelling to America? There are many stockists including Walmart.
